light diet at least one time like khichdi daliya kadhi rice dal.
loos syp 10 ml at nigh to soft n regular bowel habits. folic acid 5 mg two times a day after food for ten days. becosule z one at night for ten days.
locally apply zytee gel two times before MEALS
