Dear user, avoid any meat or meat products, milk, alcohol, fruits like pineapples and coffee. Instead drink more fresh juice, citrus fruits, green vegetables like lettuce and broccoli. Buttermilk is also good as it will help bring the temperature down. You can consult me for more doubts regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment however, if you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
