the cavity might be deep
. due to which you may be having sensitivity.. kindly get an xray done ... to see the depth of cavity.. rest you can use sensodent k toothpaste massage on tooth sensitive for 10 days... and see if it helps

it is normal to have long upper two middle teeth in comparison to neighbourhood. clinical evaluation is necessary to determine whether it is normal or some modifications are required. you can send me pictures for the same

precautionary
if you do not have fluorosis then
3m clinpro 5000 1.1% toothpaste (its expensive than the other tooth paste availabe in the market)
or enafix toothpaste.
Reduces risk for cavity and make enamel strong
also
1. Correct brushing technique
2.flossing daily
3. Use of mouthwash like chlorohexidine, hydrogen peroxide, or betadine or salt water rinses
4.use of interdental brushes
5. Gum paints like stolin. Metrohex plus gel.

If you feel any kind of discomfort then visit your dentist and get it checked again, if not then there is no need to worry. Sometime it takes few days to adjust to the bite as your teeth are use to the space being empty.

First of all start brushing at night the food you eat or if you drink milk, soda before going to bed and you do not brush, its welcoming cavity, plaque, in your mouth and as time pass by you will fill loose gums, lot of cavity, bleeding gums, bad breadth and much more.
Also do you floss? If not then start to floss, its difficult initially but it is going to save you from lot of cavities and gum disease.
