A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. The problem can be solved only by proper clinical examination by ent specialist for allergy, defect in nostrils, tonsils etc. If necessary correction of defect like growth in nose, septal defect or infected tonsils is to be corrected. Avoid dryness of mouth by consuming by drinking water up to 8-10 glasses daily. No smoking. Antibiotics if advised should be taken in adequate dose for long duration. Early warm saltwater gargling daily night if mildest complaints.

History of temporary nasal block for 3-4 days suggests allergy of nose at night resulting in nasal secretion resulting in blockage. You have to find out the exact cause of allergy in bed room like house dust, oily bed sheets, pillow covers, improper ventilation of bed room.
