You can put full weight in your heel now. Use all free movement for heel. Means you can stand on your toe hold 10 sec. Then shift your all weight on your heel hols for 10 second repeat these exercises min 25 time thrice a day. Keep your calf muscle also flexible. For that you should do calf strech.
