single ear is blocked means I suppose you are not able to hear properly from that side and other thing you have is giddiness ,both these symptoms require to be dealt seriously.
U might require to do a MRI to rule out acoustic neuroma which is rare but still with given symptoms you have to.
Get a proper consultation from an ENT SPECIALIST or neurootologist and get proper help.

Treatment is usually conservative , surgery is considered if condition is too serious.
Padding, Icing, orthotics can improve your symptoms.
