Your doctor may prescribe lithium for long periods of time (months or years). It's important to continue treatment, even when you feel well. Lithium is not a cure, but it is able to help control symptoms and prevent relapse while you are taking it. For probable betterment by alternative, pl talk in details by booking audio or video call.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. Managing depression and anxiety, especially during pregnancy, can be incredibly difficult. It's important to remember that i'm not a doctor, but I can provide some general information.
Nexito, known generically as escitalopram, is an antidepressant medication typically used to treat depression and anxiety. The safety of using escitalopram during pregnancy isn't completely clear-cut. There's some evidence suggesting that taking ssris...more

It's good that you're thinking carefully about how to manage your medication, particularly when it comes to tapering off drugs like nexito plus (which usually contains escitalopram, an antidepressant, and clonazepam, a benzodiazepine). Etilaam pro contains etizolam and propranolol, which act on the symptoms of anxiety (mild) and do not modify the cause of panic attacks, which is serotnergic imbalance in the mind (brain). So ideal treatment based on the frequency of panic attacks would be a course of ssris if they are very frequent. If they occur once in 3-6 month or so, clonazepam is ideal choice. Good luck.

The medical drug which is present in above brand is escitalopram which has not shown significant interaction with pregnancy and can be taken during pregnancy if advised by your psychiatrist as per your clinical condition. 5 mg and 10 mg are the strength of the medication and final dose will depend on your clinical status and response to the medication. Contact your psychiatrist for further discussion regarding dosage.

Always take medications as prescribed by your doctor. Do not adjust the dosage or frequency without consulting them, follow their instructions on when and how to take it during a panic attack. It's important to discuss with your doctor how long you should use these medications and whether there are plans for tapering off.
Medications can be a helpful part of treatment, but they are often more effective when combined with therapy, can provide strategies for managing and preventing panic attac...more
