Hello. Since you are suffering from multiple physical complaints along with insomnia and anxiety, I first suggest you get a whole body check up to rule out any underlying problem like thyroid, diabetes, etc. Then I suggest you consult a psychiatrist. These issues can be dealt with through medicines and relaxation exercises. Also, I suggest you consult an orthopedic doctor if you have muscle/ bone problems.

Try hard.
Don't stuck with only one exam, have multiple choices of courses open in front of you.
Chose anyone and work hard in it, whetherr it is mbbs or other course.
Don't underestimate other courses as well.
Have backup plan.

Dear member, I understand your struggle and appreciate your patience. An individualised homeopathic treatment helps tremendously for add, adhd and pandas in children as well as adults. A definite positive change is witnessed when a single medicine is given that matches the patient. For management of depression, the first choice of medicine is the group ssri that includes nexito. So I advise nexito as the better option.

Yes, you are right that omeprazole is given to treat various conditions like gastric irritation, heartburn, acid reflux, etc. The medication you mentioned can cause gastric irritation; thus, it is advised to take omeprazole along with it.
I will suggest you consult a psychiatrist for your symptoms as he is better trained to treat your depressive symptoms.
If you are comfortable with online consultation you can contact us for an appointment.

Is there a cure for nocturnal panic attacks? After 2 bike accidents that happened 6 years before, my both hands are going numb while sleeping due to bad posture. I am not experiencing normal numbness. Instead heavy numbness which stays for more than 5 minutes to 10 minutes etc. And it will be like someone cutting my hands off. Before accidents happening I used to experience normal numbness like how others had. But this is un imaginable now. And the main issue is that, after I got my 1st panic attack in 2020 with the fear of cavity pandemic, after every incidents, its triggering the already subsided panic attack for no reason. Some days I would be able to control it my own because, I might have experienced that same symptoms earlier too. But some days, when there arise new symptoms brain triggers panic mode thinking its something else and im forced to rush to emergency dept. Is there any cure for this? Is there any proven way for me to be back to normal panic free life without the use of psychiatric medicines? I know psychiatric medicines will make me consume it lifelong or make me addicted to it even if there arise a temporary relief.

You must try stress-relieving techniques including breathing techniques and brain foods for better mental health. Exercise and a plant-based diet can also help in controlling your anxiety levels. Do consult for advice if you wish. Prescription drugs for mental health cannot be prescribed online.

Hello! I would suggest that in addition to medication you can try engaging in hobbies, relaxation skills and lifestyle changes to enhance your mood. Psychotherapy might be helpful as well without the side-effects and worry of medication dosages.
