Melanocytes overproduce melanin granules and hence which changes the colour of the skin at that area and we call it as freckles and you can go for laser therapy to lighten the area.

Hi lybrate-user,
For removal of moles, there are treatments available like, RF cautery removal, TCA-occlusion removal cryotherapy and many more. Do not attempt to remove them yourself or try any such home based methods. They can lead to pain, bleeding infection and scarring. For improving tone and texture of face and for glowing facial skin, I recommend skin lightening creams, Chemical peels and Microdermabrasion therapy.
You will need a skin lightening cream and good sunscreen initially...more

Take a teaspoon of baking soda and add about three or four drops of castor oil to it and mix it properly. Apply it on your moles before you go to bed. Take it off and wash the area after you wake up. Do this for a month and let me know the results.

Hi lybrate-user,
Mole can be safely removed by RF cautery. Consider meeting a Cosmetic physician or dermatologist in your area. Do not attempt to cut the mole or remove it yourself. This way it may cause lot of pain and can lead to infection too.
