Hi. If the tooth was milk tooth then permanent tooth will come as per it's time. But empty space there needs to be restored. If it was permanent then your child needs artificial tooth. Please visit dentist. Take care.

If you have a supernumerary tooth. Then it is fine. If you are grinding a ordinary tooth then it is unwanted. You can go for ceramic crown, Thank you!

Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Hi lybrate-user. If you have a generalised gap in your teeth I mean if you have gap present in between each and every tooth then go for a fixed Orthodontic treatment (braces) once you are above 21 years of age.
