You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Well rinse your mouth with warm salt water, take any painkillers like zerodol sp with antacid, I ,this will help but visit your dentist as soon as possible.

Hello Lybrate user. I advice you to do salt water rinse. Apply warm pack extraorally. Then take antibiotic and pain killers for two days.
The pain will get subsided. Then take an xray of the adjacent teeth. If any dental caries or sensitivity felt in adjacent teeth, you can go for root canal treatment of that teeth. If no sensitivity or pain after three days of medication in adjacent teeth, then you can visit the general physician regarding ear pain. Consult me for further details. My code i...more

Hello
now that you already know that using of the plastic object and forcefully brushing on the gums has led to recession of your gums and the tooth has become mobile. So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer.
