Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Coming to one missing tooth .You have two options for that. Either you can go for an implant or a bridge. Implant would be a better option but it's a little bit costlier as compared to bridge. In bridge the adjacent two teeth will be compromised as the bridge will take support of the ...more

There is certainly a way to avoid it, that is maintenance of oral hygiene. Brush twice daily, keep your teeth clean and visit your dentist at least every six months. In case the situation has already progressed, there are certain methods to treat the same. Most common way being periodontal surgery. Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars," these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide definitive medical advice. Whether an overbite of 0.3-0.4 cm will be a cause for rejection in afmc medicals is a complex question that depends on several factors, including:
severity of the overbite: while a mild overbite of 0.3-0.4 cm might not be automatically disqualifying, a more severe overbite could potentially lead to issues with jaw function or bite alignment, which might raise concerns during the medical examination.
Specific requirements of afmc:...more
