Asked for female, 39 years old from Bangalore

Hi, im 41 years and in 2019 I have delivered my first baby, 2021 I had suffered a miscarriage after 2.5 months of pregnancy. But from past 4 years I have been suffering from few issues like constipation, increased frequency in urine and little amount, and menstruation cycle is prolonged to 9/10 days instead of usual 7 day period, sometimes spotting between cycle, painful intercourse, bloating gas in stomach in morning. I had an ultrasounds during pregnancy and even during second pregnancy and it was all normal. What could be the cause? Should I i ask doctor for tvus.

Most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- gynecologist.
Old normal sonography has no value today.

I have gone through miscarriage last month and it was only 1 week pregnancy. After that I have gone through two times usg tvs scan and have diagnosed with mild to moderate fluid noted at pod (hemaperitoneum. I also feel pain in right side lower abdomen sometimes. My doctor has suggested for laparoscopy for further clarity. But at this early stage I am reluctant to do so and want some second opinion on the same. Please guide on this thank you.

Hemoperitoneum- means blood in a pouch which needs further reports.
If the general condition is ok- do blood test serum hcg-beta and if positive repeat exactly after 48 hours.
If general condition not ok - have to follow advise of gynaecologist who examines you.

No special precautions. Usual tests for all having one miscarriage, vaccinations and supplements.

I had missed miscarriage at 8w, post that I am diagnosed with unicornuate uterus. But my doctor is not sure is this was the reason for loosing fetus heartbeat. My chromosomes and blood test reports are normal. Can anything be done about this uterus issue also what precautions I need to take for next pregnancy.

Nothing can be done for unicornuate uterus and no precautions.
It is possible to have normal pregnancy in unicornuate uterus

Hi. I have got married before 14 month. After 7 month only we had fully intercourse with ejaculation. I unexpectedly got pregnant and that was miscarried at 40 days. Now,i am in stress on if I am having endometriosis or else? On that period, I took transvaginal scan. It shows retroverted gravid uterus and everything abdominal parts are normal. But, I am confusing why am not get conceive again. I have back pain and one leg cramps on my every menstrual. I have 28 to 30 days menstrual cycle. Rarely sometimes, it may get delay to 35. Is I need to take any test for not getting pregnant. Please suggest me. I am getting more stress every month.
