Asked for female, 27 years old from Coimbatore

I am 27 years old. I had miscarriage in march and took medical abortion. Last month we found there are retained products and had d and c last week. It's been 10 days after the procedure. I had spotting in first five days and as I went to work I had bleeding. Doctor suggested me to take deviry 10 mg tablets. I had three doses of tablets. Still I saw some blood today morning like light bleeding. Is it supposed to bleed while taking this tablet? Should I be worried? What could be wrong? When will this bleeding subside?

After medical abortion, sometimes the bleeding persists for a long time. I guess deviry has been prescribed for 20 days. If not then continue it for 20 days to regularise your cycle. If you would like to know more you can contact me.

I had an inevitable miscarriage on 11 march, rpoc was remained till 9 april, on 9 april I started taking misoprostol for 3 days. The rpoc evacuated. Till today, I didn't get my periods. When can I expect my menses as dominant follicle from both ovaries has been observed on 19 april. Any home remedies or medicine for getting periods.

Usually menses revert back within 4 weeks to 8 weeks after abortion, you can wait till 9th june, but if you are sexually active keep doing urine pregnancy test at home after 9th may weekly till 9th june, so that you will get to know if you become pregnant in that period.

My wife, age 34, has her mensuration cycle on time and so does the ovulation as well. We are married for 6 years during which she suffered 2 miscarriages. 4 months ago after hsg it was found that her one of the fallopian tube was block and some infection was found and doctor started treating for the same with medicines used for intestine tb. Even after treatment was started the ovulation was on time. But this month when ovulation study was done it was found that eggs were not made. Is it because of the medicines she is taking or what can be the possible cause? Is it severe? please suggest.

My wife (age 33) has regular ovulation but this month it didn't occur. We are married for 6 years with two miscarriages. She is getting treated and doctor told that she has infection in ovary and medicines for the treatment of it is going on. One fallopian tube is blocked. Not occurrence of ovulation is serious? Hlo doctor I am a 27 years old female. I had a miscarriage in last october. Reason for miscarriage is doctor told that foetus size is too small. Foetus is not growing properly. Your body is too weak. Doctor also gave me iron calcium malt (syrup) and multivitamin tablets. Now I am again planning to get pregnant. Please suggest me what precautions I have to take and what are the tests to be done while planning for pregnancy.

Most of the time those with one abortion don't need detailed reports as one abortion is common and in most of the cases cause is abnormality of one of the cells combining.
However some basic reports and vaccinations and supplements are required so meet gynecologist.

Those with mthfr (homozygous a1298c) have a statistical higher chance for miscarriage, toxaemia or certain foetal defects but can not be definetely linked and some treatment options are available.
Only to bring to notice of gynecologist who will be treating you from time prior to pregnancy.

Hi. I had miscarriage in january 1 2022, so gyn suggested tablets to abort. My bleeding stopped but spotting happened till feb 16th2022. So I consulted gyn n d she prescribed cream ncr10 mg for 3 cycles. So then I started putting on weight from 56 kg to now 60 kg. M really worried about the weight gain. Is it because of cream ncr10 mg?

I assume sonography was done to confirm complete abortion.
Majority do not put on weight with this tablet. Do dieting (more imp) and exercises.

Hello doctor. I had a miscarriage 10 months back after that 7 months my periods was regular now for past three months I didn't get my periods. As per my gynecologist took pregnancy test once a week but comes negative. Doc advised to take meprate 10 mg for 5 days 7th day I got my periods. After this period cycle3 can we plan for pregnancy. Already taking folic acid for 2 months so is it the right time. Can we get pregnant with this period cycle. Any possibility to get pregnant in this cycle itself. Since this period started with medication. I doubt that I can get pregnant or not?

1) you can plan for pregnancy
2) if this period variation was only one time pregnancy chances remain like any other woman but if you get variations often- should consult gynecologist.
3) pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month, nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before a couple need any active management by a gynecologist or infertility specialist.
