Asked for Male, 35 years old from Durgapur

Hi, I have gone through hysteroscopy polypectomy on 18 nov 19, but the bleeding is not stopping. The biopsy reports shows it's benign and normal reports. My doctor said that since it was endometrial polyp so it's taking time in recover. It's bleeding since last one month and now my doctor is asking me for mirena inserted. What should I do? Please advice earliest.

Hello. Need your details regarding the investigations reports: usg finding after polypectomy, blood for cbc, tsh,lft and sugar. Usually hormonal therapy (progesterone) for few cycles after polypectomy is sufficient to resolve the problem.

if bleeding is minimal. take help of few medicines suggested by your doctor but if it's heavy then I would suggest you to remove merina... for other aches take pain killers

Copper T is inserted usually on 4 th or 5th of the periods. So please inform your gynae doctor immediately after you get your periods so that it can be planned for insertion.

Put one finger inside vagina and rotate using some lubricant then put two fingers and rotate this will relax vagina before sex.

Mirena inserted two months ago. But bleeding not stop for a single day. Medicines used 1. Trapic 650 thrice for more than 20 days 2. Regestrone 5 thrice daily for three month 3. Septran thrice daily for 7 days 4. Depoprovera injection one for three month 5. Aquaviron injection one 15 days ago need advice.

It usually happens with mirena during initial 6 mth but usually menses stops at all after 6 months which resumes again when mirena is removed. So have patience or get it removed if it's very much troublesome.
