I personally suggest colgate total and colgate charcoal. But the tooth paste alone is not enough to maintain oral hygiene. Brush twice daily. Use dental floss. Use interdental brushes. Use mouth washes. Consult me for further details. Thank you.

If you have sensitivity you can use any sensitivity relief toothpaste like sensodyne, sensodent or colgate sensitive.
