You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning.
You need to basically manage a healthy diet and exercise routine.
Try to eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.

1. Strict to sleep time schedule
2. Do regular physical activity

4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm
5. You can take bath at bed time

Apply lemon on your scalp. Apply alovera gel extracts on your scalp. Hot massage oil with coconut and olive oil. Yes, LASER lasik is a safe and effective for eyes. But, being a homoeopath I would suggest to take homoeopathic medicines which is very safe to take for few years before undergoing this surgery!
