To reduce cholesterol & triglycerides in body:
* avoid butter, ghee & cream in your diet.
* eat five leaves of kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day.
* avoid non veg (chicken, fish) food because it contain high fat content.

For pimples take
Tabs Hepar sulphuris pentarkan (DR WILMAR SHAWBE)
2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth
Tab biochemic Silicea 6X
4tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth and apply
include fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads in diet.
Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day.
Don't use soaps on face. Use mild facewash. Revert back for further treatment plan.
