Hi lybrate-user. U can take lactare tablet 2 times a day. But breastfeeding usually develops in first week after birth. Later its too late to start treatment. Have you confirmed that your milk supply is low. A brestfed child if urinates 6-8 times & defecates 3-4 times usually is well fed.

These complaints may be due to some allergic agent in atmosphere for which you are sensitive like house dust, some chemical or strong odor. or if you have toys like teddy bears with such material.

Supplements especially injections should only be taken after their deficiency is found on testing. Routinely taking supplements is not encouraged and can be harmful.

Drink lots of water and put baby to breast frequently to increase the milk supply.

I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. But it can be jock itch/fungal infection. U can try this (do patch test first)

Esr is prognostic test. It can increase in any disease. Search cause with help of treating physician.

Check allergy test from endocrine laboratory ahmedabad. Quit all items allergic to you. Also increase immunity by taking good amount of fruits and green vegetables. Also take vitamin d3, vitamin b12 and calcium.

There are various reasons like sore mouth, apthous ulceration, nose blockage etc.
