Lassi perse needs to be avoided and if milk is intolerable and if fresh curd is tolerated than can drink fresh homemade curd or otherwise we will have to skip curd also from our daily diet

This is called Lactose intolerance. This is a type of allergy which is suffered by many people around the world. There are no such curative treatments in So called modern medicine. No need of any formula milk. Have good nutrition esp pro galactagogue foods n fruits. For the time being use sufficient (more than normal intake) jeera (cumin seeds) in food additionally by putting into roti, curd or straight with water etc. See milk coming to breast. For d 3 & b 12, visit physician for the weekly supplement. Apart from this take morning sunlight for abt 20 - 30 min everyday. Take milk & milk products. Take suncharged water too.
