No need of any formula milk. Have good nutrition esp pro galactagogue foods n fruits. For the time being use sufficient (more than normal intake) jeera (cumin seeds) in food additionally by putting into roti, curd or straight with water etc. See milk coming to breast. For d 3 & b 12, visit physician for the weekly supplement. Apart from this take morning sunlight for abt 20 - 30 min everyday. Take milk & milk products. Take suncharged water too.
