I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Milia are small, bump-like cysts found under the skin. They are usually 1 to 2 millimeters (mm) in size. They form when skin flakes or keratin, a protein, become trapped under the skin. Milia most often appear on the face, commonly around the eyelids and cheeks, though they can occur anywhere.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Use sunscreen. High-protectionsunscreens may be especially helpful. Using topical retinoids. Topical retinoids are creams or gels derived from vitamin A. While they are designed to treat acne and other skin issues, there is little evidence that they are effective in treating milia

Actually you are describing the milia dear. They are small round white bumps that usually happen on the head and neck. These are common in infants and in adults. In adults, they are often a sign of chronic sun damage. These are tiny cholesterol deposits that accumulate with age. They look similar to a white heads, or pimple-like bumps.

Sugar, Olive oil, and lemon. This is probably one of the best recipes to get rid of milia. Juice one lemon, and mix it with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a little bit of olive oil. Once this is done, apply the natural remedy for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off.

Your body sometimes produces cells with too much melanin in them to replace the damaged skin. This results in post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which we call a dark spot. Milia are small, bump-like cysts found under the skin. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.

Check for these small bumps. They may be milia aka white heads. These are clogged pores. If your skin type is normal to oily you can use salicylic acid containing facewash and an oil control sunscreen is a must have.
For an effective active acne treatment you can book an online consultation.

Whiteheads is also known as Milia. It is easily treated by using a sterile small gauge needle to unroof the lesion followed by extraction of the contents. It should heal with minimal-to-no scarring. To prevent milia from forming, I would advise a skin regimen which includes a good cleansing agent and Retinol or Retin-A products.
