I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Milia are small, bump-like cysts found under the skin. They are usually 1 to 2 millimeters (mm) in size. They form when skin flakes or keratin, a protein, become trapped under the skin. Milia most often appear on the face, commonly around the eyelids and cheeks, though they can occur anywhere.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Actually you are describing the milia dear. They are small round white bumps that usually happen on the head and neck. These are common in infants and in adults. In adults, they are often a sign of chronic sun damage. These are tiny cholesterol deposits that accumulate with age. They look similar to a white heads, or pimple-like bumps.

Your body sometimes produces cells with too much melanin in them to replace the damaged skin. This results in post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which we call a dark spot. Milia are small, bump-like cysts found under the skin. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.

Whiteheads is also known as Milia. It is easily treated by using a sterile small gauge needle to unroof the lesion followed by extraction of the contents. It should heal with minimal-to-no scarring. To prevent milia from forming, I would advise a skin regimen which includes a good cleansing agent and Retinol or Retin-A products.
