Moles and milia have to be removed by a simple procedure. It cannot be removed with creams or home remedies. Do not self treat becuase if something goes wrong you may end up with ugly scars all your life. Rest is upto you.

I would suggest you to use a mild/gentle cleanser for face wash, twice daily e.g cetaphil or sebamed cleansing lotion.
You may use a topical antibacterial e.g clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel just as a spot treatment for active acne or milia during day time.
At night you may use a topical retinoid e.g Adapalene gel, over the whole affected area.
Topical retinoids are antiinflammatory as well as comedolytic; therefore they help with both preexisting acne as well as prevent new acne...more

Dear Lybrate user
Stop using skinlite cream as this contains a very strong steroid which will damage your skin permanently and will also worsen your acne and make them difficult to treat. You need to consult a qualified MD dermatologist for the same as you need to be weaned off the steroid gradually and start your treatment for acne.

Milia are small epidermal inclusion cysts . Milia are totally, benign, tiny keratin-filled cysts. They form when the follicular orifice ( pore) is clogged. Milia, more commonly know as a whitehead, is a ordinary problem. It is easily treated by using a sterile small gauge needle to unroof the lesion followed by extraction of the contents. It should heal with minimal-to-no scarring. The treatment of milia should be performed by a professional.

Are milia a cause for concern? Milia are small white bumps that appear on the skin. Don't pick, poke, or try to remove them. Cleanse the area. Steam open your pores. Gently exfoliate the area. Apply a Manuka honey mask. Spritz some rose water. Try a facial peel.
