1.your patient is already on dialysis, his kidneys are not functioning to take nitrogen load of ayurvedic treatment. 2. I do sympathize with your plight ,but all can be done is to put him on few blood thinners and prevent further plaque buildup.

A small hole in the drum closes on its own provided no water enters that ear and you take utmost care not to get an attack of cold.Keep the ear dry and keep an antihistamine at home at all times. Avoid consuming cold items.
