with out shedding of teeth you can not get a new teeth if you have a doubt count by urself
on each side you have to have 3 on each side (upper right 3) in this way you have to have 12 molars in your mouth okay

Yes yes. You can go to government dental college for braces treatment. You have to pay minimal. But it will be much time taking.

really doesn't depend clinical situation to be checked before treatment plan made.. can't decide how much time usually can be 15 to 18 months as well ..have to check clinical situation

Hello, may be after having braces 4 years back either you have not used retainers or the treatment was not completed.
so if the teeth are not aligned properly you can get the braces again

Generally baby teeth must have gone till 12-13 years of age. If that teeth is living extra days. That may give misalignment of permanent teeth. Or sometimes permanent teeth are being missed in some cases.
If your teeth are not making any issue. You may ignore. Or find some time and ahre the pic of that region and text so can discuss it in detail.
