I have seen the details given. Her tsh level is definitely lower than lab limit mentioned. Hence, it is better if dosage is reduced by 12.5 mcg to 112.5 mcg per day. I have seen the query. The information about thyroid profile is too old. You will have to get current thyroid profile (t3, t4 & tsh) done and report that. Plus madam please remember hypothyroidism is not cured. Patient has to take the supplement of levothyroxine (in adequate dosage) for life time.
