It appears it is due to anxiety. However, if the palpitations are prolonged or persist for a long time get complete blood count, ecg and serum tsh done. Also get your blood sugar and blood pressure checked.
Meanwhile take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables and fruits. Engage in physical activity regularly (at least 150 mins/week). Go to bed early and at a regular time.

Palpitations can happen at any time ,even if you are resting or doing normal activities.
Although they can be unpleasant ,palpitations are common and in most cases harmless.
They are usually not a sign of any thing serious.
However try to avoid trigger factors like
1. Stress
2.alcohol
3.anxiety disorders.

2. Reduce body weight 3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt.
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night

Your blood pressure is high, that may be the cause of your symptoms. You need to control it. It is difficult to comment on t wave abnormalities without actually seeing them. Approach a physician to guide you regarding management of hypertension and dizziness and for interpreting your ecg.

Get cbc, typhidot, malaria card test and dengue ns1 antigen test done as precaution for shivering and feeling cold in summer.
Take telmisartan 20 mg od for 3 days and measure bp again daily.
Just this much bp shouldn't give you symptoms like this
