thanks for your query. As per the same, the details are inconclusive of a diagnosis and lacks clear picture. You had mentioned that you have menstrual problems for 7 years and your tsh results are 4.2mlu/l which is normal as the tsh normal values are 0.5 to 5.0 miu/l for you and for a non pregnant female it is less than 25 ng/ml. Its normal, do not worry. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
