Milk and milk products
green leafy vegetables
fruits
cereals and pulses
good fats
all to be included
and in menstruation problem what problem pain or irregular.
If you have pain during menstruation take chamomile tea 2 cup in a day,
if menstruation irregular take citrus fruit for vitamin c and high iron food.
