I had my periods on time and one symptom I am experiencing is body ache after periods. Is it normal?

1) 2 periods in one month is very vague. If someone gets period on 1 st ant then on 28 or 29 or 30 technically 2 in one month but normal.
2) if there is urine infection- alkaline medicine does not work, though may be as adjuant sometimes in management.
3) cramps with periods- if severe needs treatment by gynecologist.
