Menstrual cups are better than tampoons. It may seem difficult to use in starting but better than pads and tempoons for sure.

You can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis
1. Prevent dry skin
use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.more

Yes, there are no health related problems in using a menstrual cup even if you are a virgin. The only problem while using a menstrual cup is that your hymen will stretch so it becomes your personal choice to use it or not. Meanwhile, there are other physical activities as well where your hymen stretches such as cycling, yoga, horse riding, etc. So it is up to you whether you use it or not but there are no other complications in using it even if you are a virgin.

Hello-
Yes you can definitely go to water park during period, however, it is recommended that you must wear a tampon when in the water. If a woman is swimming in a pool, a tampon is necessary so that you do not risk menstrual fluid leaking out into the pool.

About every 4–12 hours (depending on the amount of flow), the menstruating woman removes the menstrual cup from her vagina, empties the collected menstrual blood into a toilet or sink, washes the cup under running water and inserts it again. At the end of the monthly per...more
