Less period- what could be the reason?-most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- after taking the high hormonal emergency pill (which causes hormonal changes) one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting if this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test.

Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.
Give yourself a little massage where it hurts.
Exercise - get moving to relieve symptoms. Walking, running, yoga etc. Women who exercise regularly often have less menstrual pain. To help prevent cramps, make exercise a part of your weekly routine.
Avoid foods that contain caffeine.
Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol (if you do)
for this homeopathic treatment is very effective

I am 38 with a 13 year old kid born by c-section. My period have been mostly regular throughout. My periods were due on 16th july and I started spotting on 19th july which continued for 5 days and also later. I consulted doc first on 23rd jul but she said it is normal to have 1 scanty period and said all was fine on checkup. My pregnancy test was negative. But my spotting continued. I visited doc again on 7th aug - she did internal check up and said all was fine and asked me to start course of overall for 21 days. My spotting turned to full period like bleeding on 8th aug and had very bad cramps. I was given trenaxa for 3 days and continued overall in night. My bleeding did not stop and on 13 aug went for usg which showed a 23 mm intramural fibroid and endometrial thickness of 11 mm. Doc put me on deviry 10 mg thrice a day from 14 aug to 20 aug followed by twice a day till 30 aug. My bleeding reduced to spotting again from 16 aug and continued for entire month. My periods came again on 3rd sept and have been very heavy. Again put on trenaxa on 6,7,8 sept and asked to take overall g from 7 sept onwards. What is wrong with me? Pls help.

Hi,
This is due to harmonal imbalance and the intramural fibroid for which you are being treated with harmones which is usually given for 3 consecutive cycles. Wait and watch for another month with the present medication as this condition takes some time to resolve.
