I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Postmenopausal bleeding is vaginal bleeding that occurs a year or more after your last menstrual period. It can be a symptom of vaginal dryness, polyps (noncancerous growths) or other changes in your reproductive system. In about 10% of women, bleeding after menopause is a sign of uterine cancer.

Hello, I am 43 years old and face strong pms before onset of my period. One and half week before I feel very out of focus and cannot concentrate at office work /meetings. I feel I have trouble starting my period and have started taking ferrous sulfate (325 mg) and vitamin b12 tablets lately twice a week with exercise which I feel helps me a lot. But the amount of pms that I get along with trouble starting period which I cannot time demotivates me. Sometimes I will get regular flow sometimes I will just have spotting. I fear with age this problem will grow worse and at some point I will have to quit working as I cannot handle the discomfort this situation will bringing in. Please advice me on how to deal this problem from here on until I get menopause and how to maintain cheerful and active lifestyle here after. Can.

This is a normal part of perimenopause (the period before and after menpause) which is experienced by most women. Please do not take antidepressants as they are not needed. There are many medicines available which work wonders in these situations. They are non hormonal so there is no harm in trying them. Yoga and meditation are always helpful as is addition of soyabean to your daily diet. If you would like to discuss in detail please contact me.

Menopause average age in India is about 47.
PCOS by itself has no effect after menopause unless by that time hormones have created other problems.
It is too early to think about such points

The cause could be an enlarged heel bone due to age related changes, hormone, uric acid or something else for which a complete work up would be required. I suggest you meet an orthopedic doctor and a general physician.
