It is usually given to old age patients and if the individual perse does not tolerate the spray than it needs to be discontinued and otherwise there is no harm in using it for a 80 years Patient , unless until proven otherwise

Misoprost is for termination of pregnancy if pregnancy is confirmed. It does not help if period has not come because of other reasons. It needs detailed medical history, clinical examination, looking at old reports and may be take out some new reports before you can be advised so meet Gynecologist.
