After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
Next early period you may observe or may meet gynecologist.

1) 2 tabs of unawanted can cause only a temporary effect in that cycle - can not cause irregular periods later.
2) flax seeds don't help
3) meet gynecologist.
