I am 29 years old and have chocolate cyst in both ovaries. My usg report says1. Adenomyosis change in posterior wall of uterus. 2. Right ovary cyst size 4.3 * 4.4 * 3.5 cms3. Left ovary cyst size 3.3 * 2.3 * 1.8cmsis it advance stage? Will I have to go for operation? I am unmarried.

Femilon is a oral contraceptive so no other measure is needed. The only clause is that femilon should be taken regularly without interruption.

If you are having regular periods then you can discontinue in 3 months. Start a regular regime of specific exercises for pcod and dietary control. All should be fine.

1) 2 periods in one month is very vague. If someone gets period on 1 st ant then on 28 or 29 or 30 technically 2 in one month but normal.
2) if there is urine infection- alkaline medicine does not work, though may be as adjuant sometimes in management.
3) cramps with periods- if severe needs treatment by gynecologist.
