Last time I mensurated on 22nd jan 2024 .my periods again came back on 5th feb 2024. I was very stresses during this time due to my studies. I got treated for dengue in november .it also altered my menstrual cycle .same thing happened after getting treated but after 2 cycle my cycle became normalon 11 feb I was on medication for skin allergy and I was taking omnacortil medicine levocetirizine and pantosec.

I am 24 years used to have irregular periods and I had taken regestrone tablets to delay my periods and got period after stopping tablet. I had sex regularly after my period and now it's 2 months I did not get it. Recently I had body pains fever headache and 2-3 times vomit. pregnancy test negative. If pregnancy test is negative it means no pregnancy. If want to confirm may do blood test serum hcg-beta.

If so many I pils in a month it cahnges hormonal status causing menstrual period.
Physical consultation with gynecologist is better.

As I started m2 tone and hyponidd tablets for pcos, but I have noticed that I am feeling some side effects such as being full after eating small meal, and feeling to puke if not had something to eat after a hour of taking the medicines even if I have had my brkfst or dinner, so is it normal? And as I was having heavy bleeding the flow is reduced but not stopped fully, will it be normal after a course of 15 days or I need to give a visit to the doctor? As I am not taking any allopathy medication just m2 tone and hyponidd.

Are you currently menstruating or the periods have stopped. If they have stopped wait for the next period to come but if you are still bleeding then you need to visit a gynaecologist.

check up with gynecologist and if required blood test serum fsh to confirm.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test.
No problem in taking.
