Hello-
you might be suffering from venous leakage. Blood carries nutrients and essential blood cells to all parts of the body. Without blood, there can be no life, and without blood flow, there can be no erection. Some men lack proper blood flow in the penile tissues, causing a sudden-always unwanted-lack of erectile capacity. Most men who suffer from poor blood flow also combat venous leaks that prevent the penis from holding enough blood to power an erection.

Using pentoxifylline in pregnancy affected by fgr might show promising effects. In this study, pentoxifylline improved the neonatal outcome, increased fetal weight gain, and reduced neonatal mortality by decreasing the level of oxidative stress markers and cutting down the inflammatory cascade.

It means there is no pregnancy and I am sure before undergoing ivf you must have known that success rate is about 40 % that means in about 60 % it fails. Another cycle can be done to improve result but never with surity.

Dear lybrate-user,
requested to consult in private consultation to evaluate your case with our infertility expert, so that she can provide you further advise and mode of treatment suitable to you. After the evaluation, it will be determined whether your husband's sperm is viable or not. If ivf is not an option you wish to consider, we can look into alternative options.

Hi,
amh cannot be increased. It us level of eggs left over in your ovaries. You can take meds to improve quality. All that is needed is to conceive as early as possible. Ivf will benefit as it shortens the time to pregnancy. I have treated many low amh cases. I am saying this from my experience.

We have undergone the iui process on 11th feb. Now my wife suffering from little spotting of a brown or red color. Spotting occurs sometime and sometimes not. She is on progesterone 10 thrice a day, ecosprin 75 at night, and one multivitamin supplement. The iui doctor asked to do a home pregnancy test on 27th feb. Yesterday he scan her for a lining check, and he said the lining is fine. We check the home test at till now it's negative. Now, what are the causes of it, and how to treat it? Currently, my wife is 31 years old, and myself 34. We have previous 2 pregnancy histories one was a miscarriage at 10 weeks and one was an abortion at 3 months due to an omphalocele suggested in the scan. Before the iui process, we both have done hormone level tests, krotyping, and semen testing as the doctor suggested. All the reports are normal. Aborted baby karyotyping has also done that also normal. Interestingly, both these previous pregnancy spotting occur but after 6 weeks of pregnancy. At the time of iui process doctor has found some polystic but he is sure he treated that before to go iui process. Can you please guide us what to do ahead?

Hello sir
just like how a couple do not get pregnant every time they have intercourse, even if it is around the time of ovulation
the success of iui is around 15-20 percent max even in the best circumstances.
