Asked for female, 30 years old from Trichy

I am 30 years old. Last year ivf treatment done and miscarriage occurred due to triploidy. Now, embryo transfer done on 11.05.2023. Currently I confirmed with pregnancy again. My last periods date is 19-4-2023. I am having the medications progyova, perinatal, gestonegel 8%, duphaston and susten 300 mg. Also, I am getting biweekly injection named susten 200 mg. My first ultrasound scan was done on 29.05.2023. According to the report, the gestational sac is normal in size. Due to previous miscarriage of a tripoidy fetus, my doctor advised me an injection named bharglob 16.5% every 21 days upto delivery. Is this injection bharglob helpful during ivf pregnancy?

Their many other causes of infertility, raised tsh shows their might be some imbalance in hormones, which can be corrected by taking thyronorm and can be controlled by taking medication, you try for your pregnancy, don't stop thyronorm without discussing with doctor.

I had an ivf miscarriage on 28th november and I had to use primolut n to trigger my period which ce on 28th january, it came again on its own on 12th march and had loads of menstrual symptoms the following month, april, it's the 58th day now and their is no period and I tested negative on the 50th day. What do I do?

Hi. As I can see your age is 44. Based on that you are in perimenopausal phase and periods can get very infrequent in this age. If you are trying to get pregnant, follow with your doctor for further ivf cycles. Do not stress on periods as they will be like this only for you till menopause.

Last month my doctor cancel embryo transfer due to high progesterone this month again my doctor cancel embryo transfer due to high estrogen she suggested femilon tablet. Is this tablet reduces estrogen in the body? Why should I have to take that medicine.

Hi lybrate-user. Your doctor must have seen your lining not receptive for embryo to implant on your ultrasounds. Thats why she must have cancelled it. These blood tests were done to confirm the doubts. Do not worry. You will conceive considering your age.

Jinka periods regular 28 din pe aata hai unko pregnancy rahne ka chances jyada hota hai jab intercourse 11 se 16 din ke aas paas hota hai. Counting period ke pahle din se hota hai. Agar periods alag hai to alagse counting karna padta hai kyonki ovulation agle aanevale period se 14 din pahle hota hai.
Yani ki aapka ovulation 10 aur 20 din ke bichme ho shakta hai.
