I suggest rather than trying to find medicines to help you, you should try time tested remedies-diet, exercise, and sleep
1. Diet: whole food plant-based diet: more fruits and vegetables in diet, low in fat and sugars, helps in overall health
2. Exercise: 150 minutes per week: shown to improve memory by increasing blood flow to the brain
3. Sleep: sleep helps us to consolidate memory and make short term memory into long term memory
