there is one clarifications which needs to be done , if you started having problem of decreased memory after starting the medicine or it was there before and medicines actually helped in improving it but not completely?

These problems are either they are too busy or due to anxiety and stress. Busy people use organizers or employ a personal assistant because they can't remember every task.
