Hi,
probably you might be having low hb due to iron difficiency, for which iron- folate tab can be taken once a day, after food.
Try to find cause of other reasons behind your low hb also by relavent tests.

you can use chuna ka pani. two tsf with one fourth cup of milk for long time. we used to give our kids since three months of age. u can take medicine for constipation other wise u develop fogging of brain, fatigue etc.

Hi, This is one of the symptoms of anemia. Include iron rich foods like Garden cress seeds ladoo with Dates, Jaggery, Anjeer. Leafy vegetables, Red Poha, Bajra, Watermelon etc. Have lemon in meals to improve the absorption of iron.
