Chew anti tobacco chewing gum,,quit one cig per week,like if u take 10 cig take 10 cig per day upto next week,,then from next week take 9 cig per day upto next week,,this way quit one cig per week,,if u have burning desire to quit then only u can quit it,,also u need proper homoeopathic treatment to get rid of this

regular smoking will lead to occasional coughing and congestion in the chest. Firstly you need to quit smoking. You must take steam inhalation atleast 2-3 times in a day. Steam will loosen the phlegm that might have stuck to the small air passages in the lungs. It will also help in releasing the phlegm from the air passages.

1. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily
2. Take viscodyne d syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough or viscodyne syrup if cough is associated with sputum
