Hi we good decision to quit smoking. I understand its difficult. Their are steps. He will get craving anytime need to handle beautifully. As well as he has to face withdrawals also. Their is no medicine as such its a psychological disease everything is depend on him. He should willing.

Why are you thinking of quitting of smoking? it means that you have already understood or gone through the educative program leading the bad effects of smoking. You keep improving your knowledge and in the same you will also get the tips of quitting smoking also. And you try to reduce the frequency slowly and stop it. If you develop any discomfort or your desire is not letting you to quit smoking, you need to see a psychiatrist.

Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause.
