Gas problems are mostly due to Irregular/ unhygienic food habbits . Change your food habbits, Eat your meals at regular intervals, avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks. Increase intake high fibre diet.Take nutritious, balanced diet including fruits, green veg, good quality proteins . Take light dinner. Drink plenty of water, Go for walk/do light excercise . Try these measures then update with your status.

2.Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking

1. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily
2. Take viscodyne d syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough
