I have seen the details mentioned. Please understand with thyroidectomy, you will have to be on adequate dosage of levothyroxine so that tsh is maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l. Missing the dosage is not good. Plus you need to keep checking the thyroid profile at least once I 3 to 4 months so as to know the exact situation. If you have any other queries please do come back. Madam I have seen the details. The tsh levels mentioned are definitely higher than what should be normally seen at your age. This is suggestive of sub-clinical hypothyroidism. In many cases of sub-clinical hypothyroidism no treatment is advised.
