Since you are pregnant it is very important to maintain tsh around 3 mu/l all throughout the gestation period. That will help proper fetal growth, prevent any problem related to hypothyroidism and helps in expected out come of the pregnancy. You have only mentioned about the dosage of levothyroxine.
