Thanks for the wishes. Constipation during third stage of pregnancy is quite common. Ask her to take lot of fluids and fruits. She can take Laxative like isbghul husk with warm milk at bed time. Ask her to lie in left lateral position

Hello.
Oriprim ds contains trimethoprim and sulphomethoxazole and it is better to be avoided in pregnancy unless benefits of these drugs outweighs risks. There are only very indications in modern obstetrics where this drug us recommend.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. There is no mention of actual glucose levels (fasting, PP or random), without that information, it is difficult give any suggestion. As regards taking protein powder those recommended for diabetes can be taken. But if proteins are required, it is better to use eggs on routine basis. Thanks.
