Dear Lybrate user, as I can see you are taking a higher dose of clomiphene. Such doses need to be monitored via serial ultrasounds. If you have already taken a 5 days course and can manage to go to your doctor once, go on day 12-13 of your cycle. If its literally impossible for you to do so, try conception with partner every alternate day from day 11 to 16.

Yes it completely safe (though no medicne is 100% safe) but as malaria would have killed you your doctor took worse decision to give you safest of all available options among anti malaria medicine and that too very effective
so do not worry in real world till date no strong evidence against its use has been ever published so we take it safe.

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. 1. Avoid exposure to cold
2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.
8 more warm liquids avoid medicvine, medicine can not be advised for open question for medicine contact on private consultation good luck.
