Painless vaccine per se doesn’t reduce pain while administering the injection but reduces the pain, fever etc caused following vaccination. You can give normal vaccine at a later time.

A positive test for cmv igg indicates that a person was infected with cmv at some time during their life but does not indicate when a person was infected. This applies for persons ≥12 months of age when maternal antibodies are no longer present.

Hi Raju. Most of the times the pain after vaccination is mild and hence plain paracetamol drops or syrup is good enough for pain relief so according to the baby's weight you can administer paracetamol drops for the baby rather than more potent ibugesic plus.
